Coordination & Strategic Facilitation

  • Provide ongoing guidance to support informed decision-making and project progress.

Step 5

Review & Project Completion

  • Summarize outcomes, recommendations, and next steps for the client’s expansion or partnership strategy.

  • Complete documentation and finalize the engagement process.
