Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Pegavision Vietnam Factory in Thai Binh

On March 5, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Pegavision Vietnam Factory Project was held at Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park, Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province. This is one of the notable FDI projects in Vietnam’s optical and medical equipment sector, with a total investment of approximately USD 200 million and a project area of nearly 10 hectares.
The event was honored by the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, along with leaders from central ministries and agencies, representatives of Thai Binh provincial authorities, executives from Pegavision, and numerous domestic and international partners and guests. The attendance of high-level government officials highlighted the importance of the project in advancing the province’s strategy for investment attraction and industrial development.

For this milestone event, FIBIC was honored to be selected as the event organizer and program coordinator, working closely with the EPC contractor, the investor, and relevant stakeholders to deliver a formal, well-executed ceremony in full accordance with official protocols.
Pegavision and Its Next Step in Vietnam
Pegavision is a Taiwan-based company specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of soft contact lenses and medical optical devices. Its products are currently distributed across multiple international markets, including Japan, South Korea, the United States, and Europe.
The implementation of this project at Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park not only expands Pegavision’s manufacturing capacity in the region but also contributes to the development of supporting industries and supply chains in the medical and high-tech sectors in Vietnam.
An FDI Factory Groundbreaking Ceremony Requires Meticulous Preparation
Unlike many conventional events, groundbreaking ceremonies for large-scale industrial projects require a much higher level of precision in protocol, visual presentation, and on-site coordination.
