On July 29, 2025, Smart Factory Connect | Bac Ninh 2025 took place at VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park, bringing together manufacturers, foreign chambers of commerce, technology providers, and industry experts to explore the future of smart manufacturing in Vietnam.
The event created a dynamic platform where participants could exchange practical insights on digital transformation, automation, and green energy solutions, three pillars that are rapidly shaping the next phase of Vietnam’s industrial development.

For this program, FIBIC supported the execution and operational coordination of the event, working closely with the organizers and partners to help deliver a structured and professionally managed experience for speakers and attendees.
Smart Factory Connect | Bac Ninh 2025 was co-organized by Cross Connect Club (3C) and the Vietnam Industrial Zone Community (VIZ), two communities dedicated to connecting professionals across Vietnam’s industrial ecosystem through knowledge exchange, networking, and business collaboration.
The event was hosted inside VSIP Bac Ninh, one of Vietnam’s most established and innovative industrial parks. Developed by the VSIP Group, the park is widely recognized for its integrated infrastructure and tenant-focused development model, serving many global manufacturers operating in Northern Vietnam.
The program was further strengthened by the participation of leading international chambers of commerce, including EuroCham, CCIFV, HKBAV, BeluxCham, CEEC, and the Dutch Business Association Vietnam, bringing a strong international presence and expanding opportunities for cross-border collaboration.

Together, these organizations created a platform where manufacturers, technology providers, and industrial stakeholders could discuss practical pathways toward smarter and more sustainable factory operations.
The day began with an opening networking session, followed by a series of presentations focusing on the transformation of manufacturing through digitalization, automation, and clean energy solutions.
Representatives from the organizing communities opened the program with welcoming remarks, highlighting the importance of collaboration between industrial stakeholders in supporting Vietnam’s manufacturing transition.
VSIP Bac Ninh introduced its vision of a Smart Industrial Park, illustrating how modern infrastructure, integrated services, and sustainable planning can support next-generation manufacturing ecosystems.

The conference then moved into technology-focused sessions addressing key challenges faced by manufacturers.
Huawei and CMC Technology & Solution jointly presented strategies on smart digitalization, sharing insights on how technologies such as IoT connectivity, data platforms, and real-time monitoring systems can improve operational efficiency and decision-making in factories.

The discussion on smart energy was led by Solarvest, highlighting the growing adoption of renewable energy solutions in manufacturing facilities and the practical benefits of integrating solar power into industrial operations.

A lively Q&A session followed, allowing manufacturers and industry representatives to engage directly with the speakers and discuss real operational challenges and opportunities.
Following the conference sessions, participants continued the program with the Vietnam Industrial Tour | Bac Ninh Edition, designed to provide a closer look at smart manufacturing and industrial development in practice.
The delegation began with a guided exploration of VSIP Bac Ninh, where participants were introduced to the park’s infrastructure planning, industrial zoning model, and tenant support services.

The group then visited Auto Tech, a high-tech manufacturing company operating inside the park. Known for providing automation systems and engineering solutions for major manufacturers such as Samsung and VinFast, the facility demonstrated how smart technologies are being applied directly on the production floor.
