On August 5, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Greenworks Thai Binh Factory – Phase 2 was held at Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park, Thai Binh Province, marking a new milestone in the expansion of Greenworks’ manufacturing operations in Vietnam.

The Greenworks Thai Binh Factory – Phase 2 project is developed on a 20-hectare site within Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park, with a total construction floor area of approximately 261,000 square meters.

Three modern factory buildings
An administrative office complex
Supporting infrastructure and auxiliary facilities
Together, these components form a large-scale and integrated manufacturing complex designed to support advanced industrial production.
The core objective of the project is to build a high-tech, environmentally friendly manufacturing ecosystem, applying modern engineering solutions to enhance both production capacity and operational efficiency.
Once completed, the facility is expected to contribute significantly to the continued industrial growth of the region while supporting the development of sustainable manufacturing practices.
The project is implemented by CJSC (Construction Application and Technology Transfer Joint Stock Company) in the role of Design & Build general contractor.

This is one of the notable FDI projects in Vietnam’s optical and medical equipment sector, with a total investment of approximately USD 200 million and a project area of nearly 10 hectares.
On May 27, 2025, the Vietnam Industrial Tour | Hai Phong 2025 was successfully held in Hai Phong Province, bringing together a focused group of business leaders, consultants, investors, and industrial stakeholders for a full-day journey into one of Northern Vietnam’s most dynamic industrial ecosystems.
